Welcome to FUFU nā Sauce
Where each dish is a voyage to the heart of West Africa, and every flavor tells a story of tradition, community, and heritage.

Growing up in Togo, West Africa was the catalyst to developing FUFU nā Sauce.
When I started this company, I wanted a brand that reflects an authentic representation of my African roots. Furthermore, I wanted to create a bridge between Africans (culture) and the western world. I wanted the African story and way of life to be told by Africans.
FUFU nā Sauce offers authentic African meals including Fufu with a variety of stews. Our stews include Egusi, Palm Nut Stew, Fish Stew, Goat Pepper Soup, Oxtail Stew and more. At FUFU nā Sauce, it is very important that we work directly with African vendors from the continent. I witnessed the vicious cycle of Africa being the source of numerous resources that help the western world thrive, yet Africans are often left behind. I was determined to find a solution to that problem.
FUFU nā Sauce is less about selling food and more focused on forging connections with our clients. Whether we are introducing FUFU to a second generation African born in America or creating a catering experience for an African American client that just found out her roots lie in Togo/Ghana from ancestry.com, we are building a bridge to connect the Diaspora to our ancestry.
