FEATURED MENU OFFERINGS
At FUFU n’ Sauce, we offer everything from traditional fufu to our scrumptious stews like our Oxtail in Palm Nut Stew. We offer menu items to satisfy both the adventurous meat enthusiasts and vegetarians.
-
Beef chunks that are pressure cooked to perfection with our Togolese spices. The tomato based stew uses fresh tomatoes that are reduced using our native cooking techniques.
-
Crispy wings flash broiled in our curry, garlic, and ginger marinade and tossed in Tommy Wong Everything sauce.
-
The art of cooking our oxtail starts in a pressure cooker, this allows our spices to be infused throughout the dish. Our oxtail is then cooked in palm nut stew until it falls off the bone.
“The key to making authentic West African food here in the US is finding the best and freshest ingredients paired with my curry made and imported directly from Africa. What makes my food really stand out is the flavors that I source directly from the Motherland in my curry. Without that, I don’t think my food would taste like home to me.”
